LEGAL NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF WAYNE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Carlo Giammanco has applied to the Township of Wayne, Passaic County, NJ, Zoning Board of Adjustment. Project Description:42 CLINTON LANE, BLOCK 2200, LOT 20, SECOND STORY ADDITION OVER EXISTING GARAGE WITH 28.39' SETBACK INSTEAD OF 30.2' SETBACK. The applicant is therefore seeking a Bulk Variance to ordinance: 134-34.2D(2)(C)(1)-front yard setback (addition); required 30.2' proposed 28.39'. 134-34.2D(4)(B)- 10% of lot width; required 14.17' proposed 10.02'. 134-34.2D(2)(C)(1)-front yard setback (portico); required 30.2' proposed 22.8'. The applicant also requests any and all other necessary variances, waivers, design standard exceptions or other relief from the Township of Wayne Land Development Ordinance as may be deemed necessary for this application. The subject property is located at 42 Clinton Lane, Wayne, NJ 07470 and is identified as Block 2200 Lot 20 by Township Tax Assessment Records. This application is on the referenced Board's public hearing agenda to be held December 15, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. at the Township of Wayne Council Chambers, Township Hall, 475 Valley Road, Wayne, NJ 07470. Any interested person or persons shall have an opportunity to be heard upon such application, either by their own representation or by attorney. In addition, the Township intends to broadcast the meeting. Television access will be available on the local cable T.V. channel and on the Township's web site.
