LEGAL NOTICE VILLAGE OF ANGELICA REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Village of Angelica is requesting proposals for General Project Management and General Management Services for the V-Fire Award Project. The selected consultant will oversee and coordinate all phases of the project, including planning, procurement, construction oversight, reporting, and closeout. Proposals are due by 4:00 p.m., December 13, 2025, and must be submitted by email to Melissa Carr, village.angelica@gmail.com.
