Lansing School District Projects: SO-1844 North Elementary Cafeteria Renovations
The Lansing School District will receive bids for Projects: SO-1844 North Elementary Cafeteria Renovations. Bidding documents will be available on or before December 29, 2026 on the School District's website (www.lansingschools.net) or the State of Michigan procurement site (SIGMA). A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 3:30 pm, local time, on January 6, 2026 at 333 Miller Rd, Lansing, MI. This meeting is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all bidders.
Bids must be received at the Lansing School District Purchasing Office, ATTN: Purchasing, 519 W. Kalamazoo St, Lansing, Michigan 48933 before 2:00 pm local time Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Bids will be opened publicly and read loud at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at the same location. All bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Affidavit, disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Lansing School District Board of Education or the Superintendent. The School District shall not accept a bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. A bid security bond of 5% is required to be submitted with each bid.
The Lansing School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, or to award the contract to other than the bidder submitting the best financial bid (low bidder), in its sole and absolute discretion.
