Bid Package 05-01 is the bid for the Pre-Engineered Metal Building. Lingo Construction (Construction Manager), located at 1135 N. Robinson, Oklahoma City, OK 73103, 405-602-2100 will receive sealed bids for the Leeroy & Wilma Jameson Hall Friday, January 16th 2026. This package consists of the pre-engineered metal building, 1 story in height is 23,681 sf. Please note the following: Bids are to be submitted by hard copy with supporting documentation to the Lingo Construction's office, located at 1135 N. Robinson, Oklahoma City, OK 73103 per the instructions to Bidders and Title 61 requirements no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, January 16th 2026 and will be publicly opened virtually. Virtual bid opening link to be issued prior to Bid Date. Bids and bonds will be good for 60 days from bid due date. Bids submitted by email, online or facsimiles will not be accepted.
