Leet Township-Notice of 2026 Budget Ordinance NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Leet, on November 10, 2025, adopted a tentative Budget for the year 2026 showing estimated receipts and expenditures of $2,398,835.00. This tentative budget is based on a proposed tax levy on property of 9.1 mills, reenactment at the same rate of various taxes imposed under the terms of the Local Tax Enabling Act (Act No. 511), plus anticipated Liquid Fuel Receipts. Final action on the Tax Ordinance for the Year 2026 and the 2026 Budget Ordinance will be taken at the Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Leet to be held on December 8, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. In the meantime, the Tax Ordinance for the Year 2026 and the 2026 Budget Ordinance may be inspected at the Office of the Township Manager during regular business hours at the Leet Township Municipal Complex, located at 194 Ambridge Avenue, Fair Oaks, Pennsylvania 15003, or viewed on the website www.leettownship.org.
