PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT ON THE 6th DAY OF OCTOBER, 2025, THE LACEY TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS DURING ITS REGULAR MEETING:
1. Resolution of Approval #V25-12: C type variance to permit the construction of a 2-story dwelling with an open porch, concrete driveway, and an attached garage on a lot with an area of 6,323 sf where 7,500 sf is required and a lot width of 63.25 ft where 75 ft is required in the R-75A Zone. Subject to conditions. Block 121, Lot 56, 316 Nantucket Rd., Forked River, NJ. Applicant: Soloman c/o Christopher M. Supsie, Esq.
2. Resolution of Denial #V25-09: Denial of D type variance to permit the construction of a self-storage Commercial facility in the R-80 Residential and OC Office/Commercial Zones. Block 1869, Lots 1-13 & 33-50, and Block 1870, Lots 46-50, Bayonne Ave. between Lacey Rd. & Bell St., Forked River, NJ. Applicant: Baker c/o John J. Novak, Esq.
