The Notice states that the State Medical Board of Ohio intends to determine whether or not to take non-disciplinary action against her license to practice massage therapy in Ohio due to alleged failure to meet license restoration requirements. Ms. Miller is entitled to a hearing in this matter if such hearing is requested within thirty (30) days of the publication of this notice. Ms. Miller may appear at such hearing in person, by her attorney, or by such other representative permitted to practice before this agency, or she may present her position, arguments or contentions in writing.
