Legal Notice The Town of Woodfin Town Council will hold a public hearing on November 18, 2025, at 5:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible), at Woodfin Town Hall, 90 Elk Mountain Road, to review the following request for a rezoning of a 0.23-acre property from Community Shopping (CS) to R-7 Residential (R-7) for property located at 1 View Street, identified in the Buncombe County tax record as PIN 9730-63-9042. The applicant is Rob Weed on behalf of property owner RHW Investments LLC. Interested citizens are encouraged to attend this meeting and/or review relevant documents prior to the meeting. Copies of the documents are available for review during normal business hours at the Town Hall located at 90 Elk Mountain Road in Woodfin.
