The Town of Woodfin Town Council will hold a public hearing on November 18, 2025, at 5:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible), at Woodfin Town Hall, 90 Elk Mountain Road, to review the following request to revise the approved Exhibits C-Site Plan and Exhibit D-Project Conditions associated with the 89.7-acre parcel conditionally zoned Mountain Village (MV-CZ) located at 99999 Goodman Road and identified in the Buncombe County tax record as PIN 9731-12-9772. The applicant is Teresa Carroll, on behalf of property owner Charter Mountain Properties LLC. Interested citizens are encouraged to attend this meeting and/or review relevant documents prior to the meeting. Copies of the documents are available for review during normal business hours at the Town Hall located at 90 Elk Mountain Road in Woodfin.
