Legal Notice PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Liquidation Order was entered on October 21, 2025, with respect to TRANSPORT INSURANCE COMPANY, an Ohio domestic property & casualty insurance company, by the Franklin County, Ohio, Court of Common Pleas, in Case 25CVH09-8167. The Ohio Insurance Superintendent is the Liquidator. If you are a policyholder, claimant, creditor, or other interested party, the Order might affect your rights. Actions against the Company and its policyholders are enjoined or stayed as set forth in the Order. Any person or entity with assets of the Company are restrained from allowing the assets to be withdrawn or transferred without the Liquidator's consent and must turn them over to the Liquidator upon demand.
