Law Ch. 113, Section 40 and the Dighton Conservation Commission Bylaw, you are hereby notified of a Request for an Amended Order of Conditions (MA DEP file # 017-0483) from James Logan at 823 Prospect Street (Map 4, Lot 370), North Dighton. The applicant added 100 lineal foot concrete block with grading. The wall was constructed in the 50' No Build Zone and disturbed approximately 850 sf of underbrush within the 100' buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland. A public hearing will be held on November 20, 2025, after 6:00 P.M. in the meeting room of the Old Town Hall, 1111 Somerset Ave, Dighton MA 02715.
