Legal Notice Town of Dighton Conservation Commission In compliance with Mass. Gen. Law Ch. 113, Section 40 and the Dighton Conservation Commission Bylaw, you are hereby notified of a Request for a Determination of Applicability from Russell Gardner at 665 Williams Street (Map 8, Lot 23-2), North Dighton. Work includes performing minor grading to erect a 60' x 80' temporary structure with erosion controls. A portion of the work falls within the 100' Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The public hearing will be held on November 20, 2025, after 6:00 P.M. in the meeting room of the Old Town Hall, 1111 Somerset Ave, Dighton MA 02715.
