Legal Notice Town of Dighton Conservation Commission In compliance with Mass. Gen. Law Ch. 113, Section 40 and the Dighton Conservation Commission Bylaw, you are hereby notified of a Request for a Determination of Applicability from RMM Dighton for a property at 0 Elm Street (Map 23, a portion of Lot 10), Dighton. Work includes conducting percolation testing and access to the area. The applicant is requesting whether the boundaries of the resource area depicted on the plan are accurately delineated, whether the activities depicted on plan is subject to the WPA and wheter the area and activities depicted on plan is subject to jurisdiction of the Dighton Conservation Commission Bylaw. A portion of the work falls within the 100' Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The public hearing will be held on November 20, 2025, after 6:00 P.M. in the meeting room of the Old Town Hall, 1111 Somerset Ave, Dighton MA 02715.
