NOTICE is hereby given that at May 20, 2026 Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the following Resolutions of Approval were memorialized:
Matthew & Nicole Stack, Block 3304, Lot 19; 417 Elizabeth Ave. Variances were approved to allow maximum building coverage of 16.3% where 15% is maximum allowed, maximum impervious coverage of 42.4% (40.4% existing) where 40% is maximum allowed, front yard setback at 36.2' where 40' is required, and accessory structure separation to principal building at 8' where 20' is minimum required.
Patrick & Liesel Steines, Block 4907, Lot 27; 22 Oxford Court. Variances were approved to allow minimum front yard setback of 36.4' where 40' is minimum required, minimum side yard setback of 7.6' where 10' is minimum required, maximum building coverage of 26.7% (27.7% existing) where 20% is maximum allowed, maximum impervious coverage of 41.3% where 40% is maximum allowed and maximum living space of 3,045 sf where 3,000 sf is maximum allowed.
The foregoing determination is on file at the Ramsey Zoning Board of Adjustment Office, Ramsey Municipal Building, 33 North Central Avenue, Ramsey, New Jersey and is available for public inspection.
