MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE
Default having been made in the terms of that certain Mortgage, executed on July 9, 2021, by Adria D. Lavender, an unmarried woman, as Mortgagor(s), to Cadence Bank, N.A. as Mortgagee, which said Mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 2021 at Page 74100 on July 14, 2021, and default having continued under the terms of said Mortgage, and by virtue of Alabama Code Section 35-10-3 and 35-10-2, the following described real property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said County, during the legal hours of sale, on January 20, 2026.
Lot 6, according to the Survey of Alpine Hills, No. 5, as recorded in Plat Book 11, page 82 in the Probate Office of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.
