Matanzas High School Central Energy Plant (CEP) Replacement
Project Summary: DACG, Inc. is soliciting pricing for the Central Energy Plant (CEP) Replacement at Matanzas High School, based on the 100% Construction Documents. The project consists of renovating the existing water-cooled thermal storage system into an air-cooled thermal storage system. This is an occupied school campus. Construction is scheduled to begin March 16th and continue through Fall of 2026. JLA Badges will be required for all on-site working personnel.
Bid Pricing Solicitation: DACG, Inc., is requesting bid proposals from pre-qualified subcontractors for the Mechanical work, Electrical work, Masonry work, Civil-sitework, Site concrete work, and minor site improvements. This project is a DAVIS-BACON Wage Requirements project with certified payroll required.
All bids must be submitted through Procore. Interested subcontractors shall request access by contacting Noble Thomas via email NThomas@dacginc.com. All documents and relevant information will be available January 5th and are shared through Procore. Do not contact the Engineer of Record or Flagler County Schools regarding this project. The Bid Date is January 28th, 2026, and the Bid Time is 2:00 PM.
Pre-Bid Site Walk: We will be hosting a Pre-Bid Site Walk on January 12th, 2026, at 10:00 AM on the site.
