Moorpark Unified School District - RFP NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Moorpark Unified School District of Ventura County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the DISTRICT will receive up to, but not later than 1/30/26 at 4:00 p.m., sealed proposals for the award of a contract for the following RFP - Wireless Access Point Refresh: Internal Connections, RFP NO. TECH- 2026-0102-1 (E-Rate) and RFP - Network Switch Power Supply Unit Upgrade: Internal Connections, RFP NO. TECH-2026-0102-2 (E-Rate). The proposal shall be submitted on a form obtained from the Technology Department of said District. Proposals must be sent to Moorpark Unified School District, 5297 Maureen Lane, Technology Department, Moorpark, CA 93021. Specifications and other contract document forms will be available without charge and may be secured by prospective bidders online at https://www.mrpk.org/technology. Questions must be submitted via E-Mail at erate2026@Mrpk.org no later than the RFI deadline noted in the RFP. Proposals must be submitted to Moorpark Unified School District, 5297 Maureen Lane, Moorpark, CA 93021, by the specified due date and time, to be considered. The Moorpark Unified School District shall be the sole judge of the quality of the items offered and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept or reject any one or more items of a proposal or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals or in the solicitation process. No bidder may withdraw their proposal for a period of ninety (90) days after the proposal due date.
