You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in the Iowa District Court for Polk County, Case No. EQCE091372. The Petition seeks foreclosure of certain real estate located in Polk County and described as follows:
Unit 106 in Mulberry Lofts, a Horizontal Property Regime, together with the undivided interest in the general and limited common elements appurtenant to such unit as provided in the Declaration of Submission to Horizontal Property Regime referred to below, and located upon the property described therein, as set forth in Declaration of Submission Recorded in book 11218 Page 1, and with any and all other interests.
The property is locally known as 112 11th St., Unit 106, Des Moines, IA 50309.

If you do not, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. This case will be deemed served as of the date of the third publication of this notice as entered below.
