NJ Licensed HVAC Contractor Services Request for Proposals PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) for NJ Licensed HVAC Contractor Services Repair and New Installation On an as-needed basis RFP forms, contracts and specifications can be obtained at the CRDA website at www.njcrda.com also at https://njcrda.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities. (you will need to create a free Bonfire account in order to download the documentation). Sealed proposals must be submitted online through NJCRDA's Bonfire Portal: https://njcrda.bonfirehub.com. Sealed proposals shall be submitted in the manner prescribed in the Request for Proposals. Proposals will be received January 27, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. eastern prevailing time through NJCRDA's Bonfire Portal: https://njcrda.bonfirehub.com, opened and read aloud in a Zoom meeting open to the public on January 27, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. eastern prevailing time. Public proposal openings will be completed online through Zoom. Meeting ID will be posted on www.njcrda.com and https://njcrda.bonfirehub.com.
