NJ Solutions Joint Health Insurance Fund REQUESTS COMPETITIVE CONTRACT PROPOSALS FROM INDIVIDUALS/FIRMS INTERESTED IN PROVIDING ACTUARY SERVICES FOR NJ SOLUTIONS JOINT HEALTH INSURANCE FUND Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the competitive contracting procedures of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1, et seq., sealed proposals will be received by the NJ Solutions Joint Health Insurance Fund (the "Fund"), from qualified providers for the following: ACTUARY SERVICES FOR ACR HEALTH INSURANCE FUND Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the offices of the NJ Solutions Joint Health Insurance Fund at 111 Wood Avenue S, Suite 400, Iselin, NJ 08830, on December 3, 2025 at 11:00 am. Specifications and proposal documents may be obtained at the above address, Monday through Friday during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or by calling the Fund Office at (732) 326-2265. A copy of the RFP is also available on the NJSJHIF.com website. Proposals shall be made as indicated in the specifications and proposal documents. Proposals shall be rejected if not submitted within the designated time, date, and place. Proposers shall comply with the "N.J. Local Public Contracts Law", Affirmative Action regulations N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. (P.L. 1975, c.127) N.J.A.C. 17:27). The Fund reserves the right to accept or reject all proposals for the above-listed items in whole and/or part and may waive informalities that the Fund may, in its sole discretion, deem to be in the Fund's best interest, as permitted by law.
