NORTH CASTLE PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the North Castle Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Town Hall, 15 Bedford Road, Armonk, New York, on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. (or soon thereafter), when any person may be heard in favor of or against the proposed site plan, tree removal permit and wetlands permit approvals associated with the the construction of a swimming pool and associated amenities including pool patio, pool equipment, fence replacement, deck modification and landscaping within a regulated wetland buffer area. The property is located at 18 Long Pond Road and known on the North Castle Tax Maps as lots 101.04-3-37 and located within the R-1.5A Zoning District.
