Case No. CV-2025-148 TOMMY A. LARGE; LINDA K. LARGE; PHYLLIS DEE McCOY; GAIL ELAINE PUCKETT; JAMES DANIEL PUCKETT; BENNIE JOE McCOY; THE McCOY FAMILY TRUST, DATED 7/1/2004; IF LIVING, AND IF DECEASED, THEIR HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, DEVISEES, TRUSTEES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS AND THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS, IF ANY, OF ALL THE ABOVE, Defendants. YOU AND EACH OF YOU are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiffs have filed a lawsuit in the District Court of Washington County, Oklahoma, in the above-entitled cause to quiet their title in and to the following described real estate in Washington County, Oklahoma, to-wit: The NE/4 of the NE/4 of the SW/4 of Section 18, Township 28 North, Range 13 East, Washington County, Oklahoma That the Plaintiff is the owner of said real property and is in the actual and peaceable possession thereof. The Plaintiff is asking the Court to quiet her title thereto as against the Defendants in this proceeding. That said Defendants must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 1st day of December, 2025 or the Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered adjudging and decreeing the Plaintiff to be the owner of said real property and entitled to possession thereof and that the Defendants have no right, title or interest therein and quieting the title of the Plaintiff as to said real property.
