Magan Patel, 10 Rebecca Place, Piscataway, NJ, 08854, has requested the granting of Bulk Variances for Application # 26-ZB-16V. Applicant would like to construct a roof over patio. The applicant will appear before the Zoning Board of Adjustment online to seek relief from the Piscataway Township Zoning Code:

*Variances previously granted under Application #14-ZB-56V for property located at 10 Rebbeca Place, Piscataway, NJ 08854, listed as Block 8504, Lot 24, located in the R-10 Zone, on map page 85 on the Piscataway Township Tax Map. The applicant also requests any and all other variances/relief that the Zoning Board may deem necessary as per said application. The Zoning Board Meeting will only be available remotely as a Zoom Meeting and will not be in person; please see below:
