Together with a 1982 HILL Manufactured Home, ID # 02630147 AR & # 02630147 BR, Florida Title 20594299 & 20448410 bearing Real Property Decals # R079815 and #R079816 which is an improvement to the land and an immovable fixture, and by intention of the parties and upon retirement of the Certificate of Title as provided in Florida Statutes 319.261, shall constitute a part of the realty and shall pass with it has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ROD B.
