"J" Street Lake Worth, FL 33460 YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced against you to foreclose a Claim of Lien for unpaid condominium association assessments on the following real property, lying and being in Palm Beach County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Condominium Parcel 406 HARBOUR HALL INLET CLUB II CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 2879, and Page 423, of Palm Beach County Florida, and any amendments thereto together with its undivided share in the common elements. This property is located at 689 NE 6th Court, Apt. 406, Boynton Beach, FL 33435.
