Plaintiff, vs. CHARLOTTE MARIE AGNES PINNA AND GUSTAVO PINNA, ET AL., Defendant(s). ___________________________/ NOTICE OF ACTION To: GUSTAVO PINNA ADDRESS UNKNOWN YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce a lien on the following property in Palm Beach County, Florida: A parcel of land lying in Lot Q, IRONWEDGE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 89, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the South corner of Lot Q, thence with a bearing of North 51 03' 00" West, a distance of 29.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue with the aforesaid bearing of the North 51° 03' 00" West, a distance of 23.67 feet to a point; thence with a bearing of North 38° 57' 00" East, a distance of 82.00 feet to a point; thence with a bearing of South 51° 03' 00" East, a distance of 23.67 feet to a point; thence with a bearing of South 38° 57' 00" West, a distance of 82.00 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
