NOTICE OF ADDENDUM TO PUBLIC BID Warminster Township, Bucks County Flooring Replacement Project – Warminster Township Free Library Notice is hereby given that Warminster Township has issued Addendum No. 1 to the bid documents for the above-referenced project. The Addendum is available on Pennbid and shall be considered part of the Contract Documents. The Addendum includes, but is not limited to, the following: extension of the bid submission deadline to May 26, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., prevailing time; amendment of the threshold for applicability of the Township's Responsible Contractors Ordinance to $75,000, consistent with the ordinance as amended by Ordinance 785 on April 9, 2026; establishment of a mandatory deadline of May 12, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., prevailing time, for submission of all Responsible Contractors Ordinance qualification materials, including required subcontractor information per Ordinance 785 as well; and, revisions to the project timeline and related requirements. Warminster Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Publication Dates LSOM0508394
