NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 2026-04 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF BROWNSBURG, HENDRICKS COUNTY, INDIANA ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE INTO THE TOWN PURSUANT TO A PETITION FOR VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION (6519 E. U.S. HIGHWAY 136 ANNEXATION) Notice is hereby given that on May 14, 2026, the Town Council (the "Council") of the Town of Brownsburg, Hendricks County, Indiana, (the "Town") adopted Ordinance No. 2026-04, An Ordinance of the Town Council of the Town of Brownsburg, Hendricks County, Indiana Annexing Certain Real Estate into the Town Pursuant to a Petition for Voluntary Annexation (6519 E. U.S. Highway 136 Annexation) (the "Annexation Ordinance"). The property that is the subject of this Annexation Ordinance consists of approximately 38.26 acres of land located at 6519 E. U.S. Highway 136 in Hendricks County, Indiana, identified as Parcel No. 32-07-10-100-006.000-015 (the "Annexation Territory"). The Annexation Territory is currently located outside of the corporate boundaries of the Town and is being annexed into the Town subject to a Petition for Voluntary Annexation. The Town of Brownsburg, Hendricks County, Indiana, as 100% of the owner of the Annexation Territory executed the Petition for Voluntary Annexation into the Town pursuant to I.C. 36-4-3-5.1. A complete copy of the Annexation Ordinance and the related Fiscal Plan Resolution for the Annexation Territory, and all other related documents are available for inspection during regular business hours at the Office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer in the Brownsburg Town Hall at 61 N.
