NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FLUID INJECTION WELL PERMIT Occidental Permian Ltd., P.O. Box 4294, Houston, TX 77210-4294 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation which is productive of oil or gas. The applicant proposes the injection interval for Wasson ODC Unit Well No. 920HI, Wasson Field, and Lease No. 60000 in the Grayburg and San Andres Formations. The application includes Salt Water and CO2. The injection well is located approximately 4-6 miles NE of Denver City in Yoakum County, TX. Fluid will be injected into strata of the estimated subsurface depth interval of 4530'tvd/4530'md - 5350'tvd/11300'md. LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
