NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Veneta, Lane County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, will be held at Veneta City Hall, 88184 8th Street, Veneta, Oregon. The meeting will take place on May 28, 2026 at 5:30 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
Written comments may be submitted to the City Recorder (88184 8th Street, Veneta, OR 97487) and must be received by Monday, May 25, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
Digital comments (email) may be submitted to jmirabile@venetaoregon.gov by Monday May 25, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 20, 2026 at Veneta City Hall, 88184 8th Street, Veneta, Oregon by appointment by calling 541-935-2191 or on the City's website www.venetaoregon.gov.
