NOTICE OF CHANGE OF CONTROL Bradley C. Hanson, Sioux Falls, SD, and Charles M. Cicack, Westlake Village, California, intend to apply to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for permission to acquire 25 percent or more of the shares and thereby control Maxwell State Bank, Maxwell, Iowa. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the notice. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its regional office located at 1100 Walnut St, Suite 2100 Kansas City, MO 64106-2180, not later than December 24, 2025.
