NOTICE OF CLAIM DATE Notice is given of the death of Carolyn Appenzeller, and that Letters of Office were issued on ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­October 29, 2025, to Duane A. Appenzeller, 811 Chestnut, POB 304, Delavan, IL 61734, whose attorney is BREWER LAW OFFICE, LLC, 22201 Illinois Route 9, P.O. Box 44, Tremont, Illinois, 61568. Claims may be filed on or before April 29, 2025, or six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Claim Date, whichever is later, and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Claims against the estate may be filed on or before the above date in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Tazewell County Courthouse, Pekin, Illinois, 61554, or with the personal representative, or both. Copies of claims filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court must be mailed or delivered to the personal representative and to the attorney of record and filed with the Court proof of mailing or delivery of copies.
