NOTICE OF DECISION
City of Englewood Zoning Board of Adjustment
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 27, 2025, the City of Englewood Zoning Board of Adjustment (the "Board") adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") memorializing its decision granting the application of 19 WIVY LLC (the "Applicant") for use variance approval (the "Application") with respect to property having a street address of 19 W. Ivy Lane, Englewood, New Jersey 07631 and being designated as Block 701, Lot 17, on the City of Englewood Tax Map (the "Property").
The Board approved the Applicant's Application to demolish the existing site improvements on the Property and to construct a new two- (2) family residence, along with related site improvements including, but not limited to, landscaping, grading, drainage and utility infrastructure.
The Board granted use variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(d)(1) in connection with the Application for the proposed two- (2) family residence where same is not permitted.
The Resolution has been filed with and is available for public inspection at the City of Englewood Municipal Building in the Building Department, 2-10 North Van Brunt Street, Englewood New Jersey 07631, by appointment only.
