NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Maple Shade Township Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Flex Reno LLC regarding real property located at 105 Mecray Lane and designated as block 35, lot 3.03 on the municipal tax map. The Board granted a Certificate of Preexisting Nonconforming Use, as authorized by New Jersey Statute 40:55 D-68, certifying that the duplex use existed prior to the adoption of the ordinance rendering the use nonconforming and was continuously used as a duplex through the date of this approval. As a result, the duplex use at the property is a pre-existing nonconforming use and may legally continue.
The Board granted this application on August 13, 2025 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on September 10, 2025. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
