NOTICE OF DECISION

NOTICE OF DECISION Please take notice that the Waterford Township Joint Land Use Board ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Matthew and Kristel Wister ("Applicant") regarding real property located at 558 Old White Horse Pike and 562 Old White Horse Pike and designated as block 2503, lots 2 and 3 on the municipal tax map. The Board granted minor subdivision approval to realign the property lines between lots 2 and 3. The Board granted this application on October 20, 2025 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on November 3, 2025. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer.
