NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Borough of Audubon Joint Land Use Board ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Flagship New Jersey Opco, LLC ("Applicant") regarding real property with a street address 755 S. White Horse Pike and designated as block 50, lots 1, 1.01, 2, 2.01, 3, 3.01 and 22 on the municipal tax map. The Board granted use variance approval to permit the operation of a Flagship Car Wash on the property identified above. The applicant will return to the Board for site plan approval.
The Board granted this application on October 8, 2025 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on November 12, 2025. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
