NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Borough of Westville Land Use Board ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Christos Zalidis ("Applicant") regarding real property located at 805 Little Chestnut Street and designated as block 72.01, lot 1 on the municipal tax map. The Board granted a D(1) use variance to convert the existing dwelling into a duplex, with one unit on the upper level and one unit on the lower level. The existing dwelling is 38 feet tall where a maximum building height of 30 feet is permitted. The Board also granted a D(6) height variance to permit the height of the building to be greater than ten percent (10%) of the maximum permitted building height in the C-3 zone.
The Board granted this application on November 3, 2025 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on December 1, 2025. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
