NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Borough of Haddonfield Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Allen and Krista Parets (collectively, the "Applicant") regarding real property with a street address 365 Kings Highway East and designated as block 92, lot 10 on the municipal tax map. The Board granted variance approval to permit the construction of a small patio in Applicant's back yard.
The Board also approved the following variance under the municipal land use ordinance:
1. Section 135-27(D)(4)(b) permits a maximum impervious coverage of 25%. The existing impervious coverage is 37.60%. The Board approved proposed impervious coverage of 37.59%.
The Board granted this application on March 17, 2026 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on April 21, 2026. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
