NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION FOR S & N MILLER, LLC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 183 that: (1) S &N Miller, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company, has dissolved effective December 31, 2025; (2) all persons with claims, whether known or unknown, against S & N Miller, LLC or its managers or members, in their capacities as such, must present such claims in writing via first class mail, postage prepaid, to Attorney Lora Zimmer at McCarty Law LLP, 2401 East Enterprise Ave., Appleton, WI 54913; (3) each claim must describe in detail the nature and amount of the claim or an estimate of such amount, the date upon which the claim arose, and the facts and circumstances giving rise to the claim; (4) each claim must be accompanied by documentation supporting or substantiating the claim; and (5) any alleged claims against S & N Miller, LLC or its managers or members will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within 2 years after the publication of this notice.
