NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF LEMEL HOMES, INC. Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes section 180.1407, this is a notice that Lemel Homes, Inc. (the "Company") was dissolved on December 26, 2025. Persons with claims, whether known or unknown, against the Company, its directors, officers or shareholders must present them to the Company in writing and in accordance with this notice. Each claim must be in writing. A claim against the Company, its directors, officers or shareholders shall be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is brought within two years after the publication date of this notice. Persons submitting claims must include the following information in the claim: (1) a description of the item, transaction or event that created the claim; (2) the date upon which the claim was created or the obligation was incurred; and (3) the amount of the claim or an estimate of such amount.
