NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF WWB LIMITED PARTNERSHIP Notice is hereby given that WWB LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a South Carolina limited partnership (the "LP"), is being dissolved voluntarily by resolutions of the General Partner and the Limited Partners and that a Certificate of Cancellation has been or will be filed with the Secretary of State of South Carolina, pursuant to Section 33-42-101, et seq., of the South Carolina Code of Laws (1976), as amended. This notice does not constitute a waiver of any defense which the LP has or may have to any claim, including and without limitation, a defense based on any statute of limitation. Claims should indicate the name of the claimant, the address of the claimant, the amount of the claim and a description of the claim.
