NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION To the Possible Creditors of and Claimants against Madison Ski Club ("Corporation"): NOTICE is hereby given that Corporation, a New Jersey nonprofit corporation, was dissolved as of May 6, 2026, by the filing of a Certificate of Dissolution in the office of the New Jersey Secretary of State, and that all creditors of and claimants against the Corporation are hereby required to present in writing and in detail their claims, respective accounts, and demands against the Corporation, delivered to the following address: Madison Ski Club, c/o Matthew Feinberg, 25 Orphan Boy Court, Redbank, NJ 07701, on or before the 6th day of December, 2026, or such claims, accounts and demands shall be forever barred as against the property of the Corporation and its trustees and members.
