NOTICE OF ELECTION ON RESOLUTION Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Council of the City of Newark of Licking County, Ohio, passed on the 5th day of January 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of the City of Newark at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of May, 2026 the question of: Shall the Ordinance No. 25-48 providing for a 0.5 percent additional levy on income for the General Revenue Fund of the City and specifically dedicated to the Police and Fire Protection be passed?
