NOTICE OF FILING AND VIRTUAL PUBLIC HEARINGS GORDON'S CORNER WATER COMPANY IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF GORDON'S CORNER WATER COMPANY FOR APPROVAL TO CHANGE THE LEVELS OF ITS PURCHASED WATER ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE PURSUANT TO N.J.A.C. 14:9-7.1 ET SEQ. BPU Docket No. WR25080471 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Gordon's Corner Water Company ("Company"), a public utility of the State of New Jersey, filed a petition with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities ("Board") on August 29, 2025 to increase rates for water service through an adjustment in the level of its Purchased Water Adjustment Clause ("PWAC") pursuant to N.J.A.C. 14:9-7.1 et seq., and N.J.S.A. 48:2-21 ("Petition"). The proposed PWAC adjustment would increase annual revenues by $664,033.00 or 4.3% over present revenues. The proposed rate adjustment provides no profits to the Company and represents a pass-through of charges to the Company from its water suppliers. The Board may choose to impose a greater portion of the increase on any present or future class, classes, group, or groups of customers; may exclude from any increase any of the foregoing; and may vary the amount of percentage increase applicable to any of the foregoing.
