NOTICE OF FILING OF DECLARATION OF CANDIDACY PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT NO. 4 OF BOONE COUNTY, MISSOURI Take notice that the undersigned will accept declaration of candidacy for members of the Board of Directors of the Public Water Supply District No. 4 of Boone County, Missouri to be elected at the regular District election to be held Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Filing will open at 8:00 a.m. December 9, 2025, and will close at 5:00 p.m. on December 30, 2025. At the aforesaid regular election, there is to be elected one Director from Sub-District No. Five (5) for a term of three years. The candidate must be a voter of the District, shall have resided in the District for one whole year before the candidate's election, must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, must not be delinquent in payment of taxes now or at the time of election, must reside in the Sub-District the candidate seeks to represent, must not have been convicted of a felony under Missouri law or under federal law and must not have been convicted of an offense committed in another state which would be considered a felony under Missouri law.
