NOTICE OF FINAL CONTRACTOR'S SETTLEMENT In accordance with Section 38-26-107 C.R.S., Poudre School District will make final payment to and settlement with Golden Triangle Construction Inc. for the O'Dea Elementary HVAC Upgrade project at 312 Princeton Rd., Fort Collins, CO 80525 on January 16, 2026. This date will be the date of final settlement under Section 38-206-107 C.R.S. Claims containing a verified statement of the amounts due and unpaid by any person or firm that furnished labor, materials, sustenance, or other supplies for the project, must be received by Alex Hendricks, Planning and Construction Manager, 2445 Laporte Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado 80521 by 5:00 p.m. on the final settlement date written above.
