NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that,
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 6, 2025, issued in and for Brevard County, Florida, in Case No. 50-2024-CA-052398-XXCA-BC, wherein DOT FUND LLC., is the Plaintiff, and SW FINANCIALS & MULTISERVICES, LLC., SOHANNE WESTON, DAVOHONNE ROSE AND MIKYLE ROSE are the Defendants.
