NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 14, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 2022-CA-004210-XXXX-MB in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff and RAINA L. LEITE; RYAN LEITE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A COLT MEHRTEN are defendants, Mike Caruso, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on December 15, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
