NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 8, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 2025CA001572 of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES WMABS SERIES 2007-HE1 TRUST, Plaintiff, and CASEY CHERRY A/K/A CASEY A.
