NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2025, and entered in Case No. 502023CA014722 in the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIFTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA wherein THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, an agency of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff, and 4 SEASONS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, https://www.palmbeach.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 20, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 139, WATERBERRY SECTION THREE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Pages 90 and 91, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida. a/k/a/ 10780 Waterberry Drive Boca Raton, FL 33498
